工作场所急救并非一种职业资格：这是雇主的义务，即根据员工人数和风险等级指定并培训足够的急救员，使得同事受伤时有人能立即施救。具体人数和规定取决于Haïti适用的法规。

The Labour Code requires the employer to ensure hygiene and safety and to keep first-aid materials; establishments above a certain size must maintain an infirmary or first-aid post and personnel able to render first aid — a general adequate-provision duty rather than a numeric ratio.
